1. Domestic Shipping (New Zealand):

   • We use NZ Post’s overnight courier service for domestic orders.
   • Estimated delivery time within New Zealand: 1-2 days.

2. International Shipping:

   • For international orders, we primarily use DHL Express. However, we also utilize NZ Post for certain regions.
   • Estimated delivery times for various continents:

     • Australia: 3-5 days (DHL Express)
     • Asia: 5-7 days (DHL Express)
     • Africa: 7-10 days (DHL Express)
     • USA/Canada: 4-6 days (DHL Express)
     • South America: 6-9 days (DHL Express)
     • UK & Europe: 5-7 days (DHL Express) or 12-16 days (NZ Post Standard)

     • 0-3kgs: NZD$7 (NZ Post)
     • 3-5kgs: NZ$20 (NZ Post)

   • Australia (DHL Express):

     • 0-1.5kgs: NZ$25
     • 1.5-3kgs: NZ$40
     • 3-5kgs: NZ$65

   • North America (DHL Express):

     • 0-1.5kgs: NZ$40
     • 1.5-3kgs: NZ$75

   • Europe & UK (NZ Post Standard):

     • 0-0.9kgs: NZ$35

   • Europe & UK (DHL Express):

     • 0-1.2kgs: NZ$50
     • 1.2-2kgs: NZ$55
     • 2-3kgs: NZ$80
     • 3-5kgs NZ$120

   • Asia (DHL Express):

4. Tracking and Insurance:

   • All postage options come with full tracking.
   • For DHL Express, insurance is available at an additional cost of NZ$25.
