Frequently Asked Questions

Feel free to explore our collection of jerseys, and if you have any more questions, don’t hesitate to ask! 🏉⚽🏀
Are all jerseys authentic?

Yes, all the jerseys we offer are authentic replicas or actual players’ jerseys from the stated period. These are not modern-day remakes unless explicitly specified in the description.

Are the pictures of the actual jersey?

Absolutely! Every jersey displayed on our website is the exact jersey available for sale. What you see is what you’ll receive. We understand that due to their age, each jersey is unique, so we individually assess and photograph them.

Are players’ jerseys match-worn?

We use the term “players’ jersey” unless we can guarantee with 100% certainty that the jersey has been match-worn. Our judgment considers the differences between players’ jerseys and replicas when determining whether it’s a replica or an actual player’s jersey.

Where are the jerseys sent from?

All our jerseys are located and dispatched from New Zealand.

Are jerseys liable for import taxes?

Import taxes depend on the customs limits in your country. Please check with your local authority to understand any potential import tax obligations.

Are the jerseys washed and ready to wear?

Yes, all jerseys undergo washing, air-drying, and steaming before we photograph and measure them. However, in some cases, a jersey may remain unwashed due to attached tags, a delicate logo, or its age. Such details will be specified in the description, but the majority of our jerseys are ready to wear.

Are the logos authentic?

Absolutely! All logos are original and have not been replaced by us.

What’s the difference between an “alternative” jersey and an “away” jersey?

We use the term “alternative jersey” instead of “away jersey.” In rugby, teams typically change jerseys only when there’s a clash. In football, having a specific away jersey is more common, whereas in rugby, it’s less frequent.

How does international postage work?

Postage costs are determined by weight and region. The more jerseys you purchase, the cheaper the cost per jersey. Each jersey is weighed, and they typically fall between 0.45-0.6 kgs.  Please see our shipping policy for more detailed information on postage and rates.

Why is postage to South Africa so expensive?

Unfortunately we are unable to use standard postage options into South Africa, all packages will be sent via DHL Express.  While the cost of one jersey may be expensive it becomes more economical the larger the package.
