This jersey was issued to Pila Fifita for the 2003 Rugby World Cup and his name is still on the tag. There was a jersey clash v Wales however Tonga wore white in that game, so this jersey was most likely used as a training jersey. Jersey is extremely unique given not traditional colors and is in excellent condition.
