Return and Refund Policy
At Vintage World Rugby, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please take the time to review the following guidelines regarding returns and refunds:
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are not accepted due to incorrect sizing or change of mind.
- Returns will be accepted where applicable under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
- Any returned Items must be in the same condition as when they were sent, including tags attached.
- Refund Process:
- If you believe the item’s description significantly differs from what you received, please notify us at contact@vintageworldrugby.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
- We reserve the right to refuse processing a refund if the returned item is in worse condition than when sent.
- All postage costs incurred for returning items are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., sending an incorrect jersey).
- Exchanges and Replacements:
- We may offer a replacement if the item is in stock or source a replacement at a later date.
- Alternatively, we may provide a partial refund or store credit.
- Shipping Costs:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return Shipping:
- All returned items must be sent via a fully tracked postal service.
