Return and Refund Policy

At Vintage World Rugby, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please take the time to review the following guidelines regarding returns and refunds:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • Returns are not accepted due to incorrect sizing or change of mind.
    • Returns will be accepted where applicable under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
    • Any returned Items must be in the same condition as when they were sent, including tags attached.
  2. Refund Process:
    • If you believe the item’s description significantly differs from what you received, please notify us at contact@vintageworldrugby.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
    • We reserve the right to refuse processing a refund if the returned item is in worse condition than when sent.
    • All postage costs incurred for returning items are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., sending an incorrect jersey).
  3. Exchanges and Replacements:
    • We may offer a replacement if the item is in stock or source a replacement at a later date.
    • Alternatively, we may provide a partial refund or store credit.
  4. Shipping Costs:
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  5. Return Shipping:
    • All returned items must be sent via a fully tracked postal service.
